Time to Spend Some Time with the Legend of Zelda

Now, I’m sure I mentioned before in my Mario Marathon posts that I do love me a good video game marathon. I do. I watched Mario Marathon until its end. I watched and then went down and watched Finest KO’s Persona 4 Arena marathon. Then there’s Rupeethon.

I’ve been watching Rupeethon (more or less) since it started Friday. They’ve been working their way through several (but not all) Legend of Zelda games. Currently they’re working on the latest Zelda offering, Skyward Sword.

Why would they spend almost 100 hours playing Legend of Zelda? They’re raising money for Child’s Play Charities (which was started by the founders of Penny Arcade).

So, feel free to give it a watch and give some money to a worthwhile cause.
